Construction of a private residence in the condo of Las Ventanas. The topographic constraints, oriented the layout on two levels, distinguished on the facade by 2 different types of coverings. Modeling around 3 volumes (common area, master bedroom and sleeping area). Natural ventilation is provided by the roof hook in the upper part. 

In terms of eco-responsibility, the house has adopted a solar water heater system and a wastewater treatment plant recycling water to an automatic garden sprinkler system.

The agency was in charge of the entire project:

1. Concept and design of the house.
2. Site monitoring and administrative procedures.
3. Design and manufacture of furniture and decoration.
4. Design and creation of the garden.
